Holiday Club prayers
Lord, thank you for answered prayers and for all the children who came to The Holiday Club and the successful and happy time they had.
Lord, we thank you for the many gifts children bring to us: for their fascination with the world; their love for learning new things; and their talent for joy and for trust. As they offer us so much, grant that we may offer them a safe environment to grow; nurture and encouragement in their explorations; and the love that will give them the confidence to flourish as their truest selves.
We pray for all those suffering in this hot weather may you be near them and comfort them.
Amen.
